Guess what! I'm doing commissions xP Alright, so I’m in college now and my money supply has just been cut off. So now I’m finally starting commissions! This will be my first time selling them online, so please bear with me on that. I’ve listed below the information, payment method, catalog, etc.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. ABSOLUTELY NO redistributions, reproduction, or any use of personal profit. For Example: no selling to make t-shirts, prints, key chains, anything of the sort. However, if you do wish for a commission that you could use to sell, you must notify me first. Note that with that, the price will only rise.
2. The commission is for your personal use only. For Example: use for your own desktop, poster, web graphics, anything of the sort as long as you do not sell it.
3. My signature will be on the product. Also, with characters that are copyrighted by a company (I.E. Fanart) or original characters will still be credited to the original owner/creator. But this does NOT mean that because your character is in the artwork that you did the art yourself.
4. I have the right to refuse a commission if any of the rules are broken or whatever other reason may be the case.

4. Some animals (When you request a commission that mainly focuses on a certain animal, I will be sure to let you know if I can draw it or not as I have not done very many animal sketches.)
5. Original characters (For original characters, you MUST either give me a picture of the character or tell me their exact description. Unless you want your character to be copyrighted by me, you MUST give every detail (I.E. how their hair is shaped, what is short, what is long, eye shape and sizes, short, tall, clothing, etc.) You must also state what weapons, accessories, etc. they use if you want them in the picture.
7. You may ask for as many characters in one drawing as you want, but please remember that the more you ask for, the higher the price.

*NOTE: for now, I will be starting out with drawing commissions. Later on, when I have made enough and posted photos of examples up, I will also start selling beaded jewelry and amigurumi (knitted/crochetted doll).

Deadlines may vary. Preferably, I would need a month to try complete your order. You may ask for a deadline and I will try my best to have the finished copy done before hand. However, because of college and fixed times, I cannot guarantee that I will meet the deadline every time. If anything should come up, I will be sure to notify you beforehand and see if we can work something out.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Canvas sizes -- because of the size of my scanner and paper, the default size will be 8x11. Until I can purchase anything bigger as well as a bigger scanner, any size up to 8x11 is all I can handle.
*Also, at the moment, I cannot do prints. Instead, I can send you the high-resolution file by e-mail so you can make your own print instead. Also, for those of you who only wanted the original copy (if it was entirely down with traditional media), for now all I can do is send it to you the file through e-mail. Soon, after I have negotiated with my partners behind the curtain, I may be able to mail you the original sketch if you ask me through a note concerning your commission. As of now, I have no guarantees.
*If you have an idea in mind and you want, for example, a bust shot and a full body, the price will change and I will send you a note with the calculated price.
*You must tell me exactly what you want on the picture plan, otherwise, I will have free reign on what goes where.

COMMISSION REQUEST FORM
You can send me either a note, for those of you with SA accounts, or an e-mail (ryuchan444@aim.com) with the title COMMISSION. The form you fill out below is what you MUST put in your note. Failure to comply with the forms requests may result in delay or prevention from getting an open slot.

*Style -- Sketch w/ or w/o ink, and/or colouring method

(whether it is simple or elaborate please list what you would like in the background and include all details on how you want it)
*Any reference material (ESPECIALLY FOR ORIGINAL CHARACTERS) This can include material that you could like to have in background, pictures of the character (original or fanart), poses, the patterns of clothing, the style of jewelry/accessories, etc. If you do not give any reference material, your commission may be delayed.
After I have gotten your order, then I shall send you a reply telling you if I accept it, the price, go over some of the finer details and any questions I may have regarding your request.
Once I have sketched out your commission, I will send you a small preview with a large watermark. If you are happy with it, you must pay half of the price of your commission. Any dramatic changes or even a complete change of the image that would require starting over will cost you an additional $7.50.
When the commission is complete, I shall e-mail the image to you again in a small format with a large watermark. If you are satisfied with the result, you must pay the rest of the price. After that, I shall send you the finished copy in a large high-resolution file in .jpg format.

COMMISSIONS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
You must check regularly to see if anything is open. Once the slots are filled, all requests will be erased. So if there is an open slot and you still want a commission, then you must re-submit your request.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, then you must do so before I send you the first preview. The moment you see the e-mail with the preview, then there is no turning back. But if you wish to cancel afterwards, then you do not have to pay the second half of the commission. But keep in mind, there are NO REFUNDS on the first half of the payment.
However, if for any off reason that I cannot complete your commission and have to cancel your order, then you will get a full refund if you have already paid the first half.
