lolz ah don't worry about that xP buuuuut here's a link that can take ya to almost all of the hellsing manga chapters :3 http://www.vimanga.ru/manga/h/hellsing and i agree with your friend, the first anime wasn't too great... that was the first thing i ever saw of hellsing and at first i thought it was pretty good until i read the manga. xP and the OVA's amazing +.+ i can't get enough of it :3
and hagi, i never did get to see the anime very much... but i'm reading the manga and he's pretty cool :3

no problem ^^ and i used onemanga.com a lot too, but a lot of the stuff they had that i was interested in were disabled -tear- at least vimanga still has a lot of stuff :3 i'm just waiting for them to put up the remaining couple of chapters
